I love a kitchen make that's pretty and practical, and this hotpad is both. You can make it solid, with hearts or striped, and the optional scalloped edge gives it the sweetest vintage feel.
It's worked flat in rows with an easy four row Wheat Stitch repeat you'll memorize fast. The clean line border includes a built in hanging loop, plus an optional scalloped edge with a border chart for spacing the shells. It's made in 100% cotton held double, so it's thick and heat safe. It's intermediate, and a full video tutorial is included.
