About this pattern
That fair isle yoke is the star of this sweater, with bands of color that circle right around your shoulders. Pick four colors you love and it's yours.
It's worked top down in a seamless yoke style, so there's nothing to sew together. The yoke and sleeve bands are fair isle colorwork in split single crochet, and the body and sleeves are a textured front and back loop pattern worked in the round. There are nine sizes written in one pattern, XS to 5X, with about 4 inches of ease. It's intermediate skill level, and a full video tutorial is included.

I found that the charts was easier to follow along with the written pattern. Color work works up easily. Only suggestion is to keep a loose tension as you work so the collar fits properly. Otherwise it’ll have a high collar
Very creative pattern. Easier than I thought. Nicely explained and easy to follow. Love the fact that it starts with the interesting part(neck down). Makes the project hard to put down, you just want to see the end result.

I made my first sweater with this pattern and youtube video. I could have used a little more instruction with colorwork since I'd never done it, but hey for a beginner, I am very pleased with the results! The Fair Isle design of the sweater is super gorgeous - next time I would use more high quality yarn, but what do I know? I'm just starting out.
