A cozy mug sitting on a cute pumpkin, that's my kind of fall morning. This little mug rug is quick, cheerful and a great way to use up yarn from your stash.
It's worked flat from the bottom up in rows of single crochet colorwork, using four colors of worsted weight yarn and a G (4 mm) hook. It takes only about 30 yards and measures about 6 x 5 inches, with an optional twisted fringe. It's an easy pattern you can finish in an evening.
