About this pattern
Houndstooth is such a classic, and I love how sharp it looks in a beanie. The best part? The color is carried as you go, so you're not stuck weaving in a million ends at the end.
The brim is crocheted flat in rows and joined into a band, then the houndstooth is worked in the round from the brim up. It's written for DK weight yarn in six sizes, newborn through large adult, in US and UK terms. You can choose a fold up brim or a regular brim, and a video tutorial is included.
