I love a stocking that looks like a family heirloom, and granny hexagons are the perfect way to get there. It's a festive, fun make, and the little crochet tree ornament on top just makes me smile.
Twelve granny hexagons are joined with a flat slip stitch to form the stocking. It's finished with a special ribbed cuff, a leather hanging strap and a little crochet tree ornament. You can choose the traditional granny hexagon or the puff version.

The pattern was written very clearly and I loved these two stockings.
Love this pattern. Easy to make just very time consuming. I’m unsure how long it takes other but takes me around 7/8 hours to make one. But I’m also a perfectionist. I did do a slip stitch at the end of the ribbing to make it tighter.
