Tiny pants with little cuffs? I can't handle how cute these are. People will swear they're knit, and you get to smile and tell them you crocheted them.
They're worked flat in two simple sections and then seamed together. The knit look comes from single crochet and half double crochet worked in the back loop only. There are five sizes, from newborn through 3 years, so you can make a pair for a baby shower and then keep sizing up as the little one grows.

It's a nice and easy pattern. I think something is off at the step right before seaming (it says to end on an odd row but then you end at the opposite end of where you're supposed to start seaming) but it's easy to understand what was meant, especially if you consult the video. The pants are nice and stretchy and feel like they will last a long time.
