It's worked flat in rows using the 4 row Petal Loop Stitch pattern, with increases and decreases placed across each row to create the chevron effect. You change colors every two rows for a striped finish. It uses worsted weight yarn, it's written in both US and UK terms, and it includes a video tutorial.
