About this pattern
I love a blanket that looks way fancier than it really is, and this one is exactly that. The posts stack into a deep, squishy basketweave texture that people will swear took you forever.
It's worked flat in rows over any even number of stitches. You alternate a row of single crochet with a row of front post double crochets worked around the double crochets two rows below. Because the stitch count is so flexible, you can make it any size you like, from a washcloth all the way up to a California King.
